    I specialize in evidence-based, personalized nutrition with a strong focus on gut health and the microbiome, tailoring each approach to individual needs, lifestyles, and emotional patterns.

  • Mindfulness & Leadership
    With a CAS in Mindful Leadership, I integrate mindfulness practices into health consultations, team settings, and workshops, creating space for awareness, balance, and presence.

  • Holistic Coaching & Guidance
    I support people in navigating chronic symptoms, emotional eating, and lifestyle change — combining mindful dialogue, self-reflection, and sustainable habit-building.

  • Psychological Insight & Self-Care
    My work bridges nutrition and psychology, exploring inner drivers, stress patterns, and the relationship to food and self, always with a foundation of empathy and scientific understanding.

  • Body–Mind–Soul Alignment I take a whole-person approach, guiding individuals to reconnect with their body, calm the mind, and nourish the soul — using tools that are practical, intuitive, and transformative.
